Do you have a typical breakfast you make for yourself everyday? Mine is Oatmeal with blueberries and Vietnamese Cinnamon. No other cinnamon will work. Why is a dose of avocado and egg toast so satisfying? Three words – protein, fiber and fats. For the toast, I use a hearty whole wheat bread with lots of seeds . Fiber galore!
The fats come from the egg, the avocado and the ghee that I use to cook the egg. Could you stick with cooking spray for the egg? Of course! How To Make It
Fill a medium-sized bowl with ice water and set aside. Place the eggs in a small pot with enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, cover, and let the eggs cook for 7 minutes. Remove them and then slip them into the ice water. After a few minutes, remove the eggs from the water, peel, and roughly chop them.
Toast the bread and drizzle extra virgin olive oil over it, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Divide the chopped avocado,tomato and egg evenly among the toast slices.
Drizzle the top with a bit more extra virgin olive oil and then sprinkle with salt, pepper and either Togarashi or crushed red pepper.

How To Poach An Egg:
In the past, Ive never been that excited about eggs. Really, I just cant get behind the scrambly squishy thing, and omelets for me are always 100% about whats hiding between the layers of egg. Like, for example, chzzz. And sausage. And veggies. Fill er up.
